The CMD164 is wideband GaAs MMIC distributed amplifier die which operates from DC to 30 GHz. The amplifier has a gain greater than 12 dB, a P1dB of 15 dBm and noise figure of 2.4 dB at 10 GHz. It is internally matched to 50 Ohms. The CMD164 offers full passivation for increased reliability and moisture protection. This amplifier is a good alternative to higher cost hybrid amplifiers.
