The CMD186P3 is a broadband MMIC low noise amplifier that operates from 6 to 11 GHz with a gain of 18.5 dB and a noise figure of under 2.1 dB and IP3 of 28 dBm. The CMD186P3 is a 50 ohm matched design eliminating the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching. This amplifier is the perfect alternative to costly hybrid amplifiers.
