The CMD207 from Custom MMIC is a wideband driver amplifier that operates from 20 to 40 GHz. It has a gain of 35 dB with a corresponding output 1 dB compression point of 18.5 dBm and noise figure of 5.5 dB. The CMD207 is matched to 50 ohms eliminating the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching. It is ideal for use in point-to-point radios, point-to-multi-point radios, VSAT and military and space applications.
