The CMD262 from Custom MMIC is a 5 W GaN MMIC power amplifier that operates from 26 to 28 GHz (K, Ka Band). This power amplifier die provides over 26 dB of gain, 1 dB compression point of +37.5 dBm and a saturated output power of +38.5 dBm at 30% power added efficiency. It is matched to 50 ohms eliminating the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching. The CMD262 offers full passivation for increased reliability and moisture protection. It can be screened for space applications.
