The CMD326 from Qorvo is a wideband GaAs MMIC low phase noise amplifier that operates from DC to 18 GHz. It provides 24.4 dBm of saturated power with a small signal gain of 14.4 dB and a noise figure of 3.5 dB. The amplifier has a very low additive phase noise of -165 dBc/Hz at 10kHz offset and requires a 5.5V DC supply while drawing 180 mA current. It is available as a die that is fully passivated for increased reliability and moisture protection.
