The CMD327 from Custom MMIC is a GaAs Low Noise Amplifier that operates from DC to 40 GHz. It provides a gain of 11.1 dB with a noise figure of 4.5 dB and an additive phase noise of -165 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset. The CMD327 has a P1dB of 19 dBm, saturated power of 21.4 dBm, OIP3 of 31 dBm and can handle an RF input power of up to 20 dBm. It requires a 3.5 to 5.5 V supply and 100 mA of bias current. It is available as a die and is ideal for military and space applications.
