The QPA3315 from Qorvo is a Hybrid Power Doubler Amplifier that operates from 45 MHz to 1795 MHz. It provides a gain of 23 dB with excellent linearity, low noise, and optimal reliability. This amplifier is manufactured using GaAs and GaN dies, requires a DC supply from 24 to 34 V, and consumes less than 530 mA of current.
