The QPA4501 from Qorvo is an integrated 2-stage GaN Power Amplifier Module that operates from 4.4 to 5 GHz. It delivers an output power of 3 W and a gain of 32 dB with a PAE of 38%. The module is available in a surface mount 6 x 10 mm plastic package and is ideal for 5G massive MIMO, W-CDMA/LTE, Base station and avtive antenna applications.
