The QP9421 from Qorvo is a Two-Stage Power Amplifier that operates from 2.11 to 2.17 GHz. This high-linearity amplifier provides an average power of 27 dBm with a gain of over 27 dB and a PAE of 14%. It integrates two high-performance amplifier stages into a module to allow for compact system design and requires very few external components for operation. This device requires a voltage supply of 4.5 V and consumes 420 mA of current. The amplifier is bias adjustable allowing power consumption to be optimized. It is available in a 7 x 7 mm leadless surface-mount package with on-chip bias control and temperature control circuits. This RoHS-compliant PA is ideal for use in smallcells/picocells, enterprise femtocells, CPE, data cards and terminals, DAS, boosters, and repeaters.
