The QPA9424 from Qorvo is a high-linearity three-stage power amplifier that operates from 2.3 to 2.4 GHz covering band 30 and band 40. It provides a linear output power of 27 dBm with a gain of 35.8 dB and achieves -48.5 dBc ACLR for a 20 MHz LTE signal. The amplifier requires a 4.5 V supply voltage and draws 763 mA of current. It is bias adjustable allowing it to optimize power consumption. The amplifier is available in a 7 x 7 mm surface-mount package with RF ports internally matched to 50 ohms. It is ideal for small cell base stations, temperature control circuits and distributed antenna systems (DAS).
