QPL9058 Image

The QPL9058 from Qorvo is a Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 500 to 6000 MHz. It provides a gain of 18 dB with a noise figure of less than 0.95 dB and has a P1dB of 20.6 dBm. The amplifier provides high linearity with an adjustable bias and requires only a minimal number of external components to operate. It requires a single DC supply from 3.3 to 5 V and consumes 54 mA of current. This LNA also has power-down control capability in the package which enables optimization for TDD applications. It is available in an industry-standard surface-mount package that measures 2 x 2 mm and is ideal for 5G Massive MIMO, DAS, repeaters, mobile infrastructure, LTE, WCDMA, CDMA, GSM, TDD, FDD systems, and general-purpose wireless applications.
