The RFAM3620 from Qorvo is an Integrated Edge QAM Amplifier Module that operates from 45 MHz to 1218 MHz. The amplifier has an integrated 20 dB variable attenuator and a power enable feature. It can be used in head end equipment, downstream RF modulators, DOCSIS 3.1 nodes, system amplifiers and line extenders. The RFAM3620 requires a 12 V supply voltage and draws 510 mA of current. It is available in a 11x11 mm package.
