The RFAM3790 from Qorvo is an integrated Edge QAM amplifier module that operates from 45 MHz to 1218 MHz. It provides excellent linearity and return loss performance with low noise and optimal reliability. The module provides a gain of 27.5 dB. The part employs GaAs pHEMT die, GaAs MESFET die, a 20dB range variable attenuator and a power enable feature, and has a high output capability. It is available with 9-pin package that measures 11 x 11 x 1.375 mm.
