The RFCM3326 from Qorvo is a Power Doubler amplifier SMD Module that operates from 45 MHz to 1.218 GHz. It provides excellent linearity and return loss performance with low noise and optimal reliability. The module provides a gain of 24.5 dB and utilizes GaAs pHEMT die and GaN HEMT die to provide extremely high output levels. DC current of the device can be externally adjusted for optimum distortion performance versus power consumption over a wide range of output level. It can be used in CATV amplifier systems and is available with 9-pin package that measures 9 x 8 x 1.375 mm.
