RFPA5552 Image

The RFPA5552 from Qorvo is a three-stage power amplifier (PA) module designed for Wi-Fi 802.11a/n/ac systems. The PA operates from 4.9 to 5.925 GHz providing an output power of up to 24 dBm with a gain of 32 dB. The module integrates a 5 GHz power amplifier (PA), a regulator and a logarithmic power detector which enables power control across the entire power spectrum for applications which use higher gain antennas or end users wanting to reduce device calibration time in production. The PA requires a supply voltage of 3.3 V and is available in a 4 mm x 4 mm x 0.9 mm, 20-pin QFN package. This amplifier module is ideal for wireless routers, access points and residential gateways.
