The RFPD3210 from RFMD is a hybrid power doubler amplifier module that operates from 45 MHz to 1218 MHz. It provides a gain of 22.8 dB, a noise figure of 3 dB, CSO of -76 dBc and CTB of -73 dBc. The module provides excellent linearity and superior return loss performance. It requires a supply of 24 V while drawing 470 mA of current. It is available in a SOT115J package.
