The RFPD3580 hybrid power doubler amplifier module features advanced gallium nitride on silicon carbide (GaN on SiC) and gallium arsenide (GaAs) process technologies. It operates from 45 MHz to 1.218 GHz has excellent linearity and return loss performance with robust reliability. The amplifier consumes only 18 Watts of power and is unconditionally stable under all terminations.
