The TAT7460B1A is a 75 Ohm RF Amplifier designed for use in Satellite and CATV applications from 50 to 2600 MHz. It has flat gain of 17 dB through the band with 0.35 dB of deviation and a noise figure of 3 dB up to 1600 MHz. It requires a 5 V supply and draws 100 ma of current. The TAT7460B1A has been developed on using a six inch GaAs pHEMT technology to optimize performance and cost.
