The TGA2450-SM from Triquint is a GaAs, 3 stage power amplifier module which operates from 2110 MHz to 2170 MHz. It provides up to 2.5 W of power with an efficiency of 35% and a gain of 34 dB with a flatness of 2 dB. It has a group relay of 5 ns with a ripple of 750 ps, a noise figure of 3 dB, a second harmonic of -43 dBc and third harmonic of -37 dBc. The amplifier is ideally used in Small Cell Base Stations, 3G/4G Wireless Infrastructure, linearized transmitters, W-CDMA/ LTE/ CDMA and other heterogeneous network applications. It is available in a fully integrated surface mount, plastic package which measures 20 x 20 x 1.5 mm.
