The TGA2526 from Qorvo is a GaAs Low Noise Amplifier MMIC that operates from 2 to 20 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 22 dBm with a small signal gain of 17.5 dB and has a noise figure of less than 4.5 dB. This LNA is designed using Qorvo’s standard 0.15 um Power pHEMT production process and features adjustable gain control (AGC). It requires a DC supply of 5 V and consumes less than 100 mA of current. This RoHS-compliant amplifier is 100% DC and RF tested on-wafer to ensure performance compliance. It is available as a die that measures 2.09 x 1.35 x 0.10 mm and is suitable for use in a variety of wideband systems such as point-to-point radios, radar warning receivers, electronic warfare, and electronic counter measures applications.
