The TGA2567-SM is a LNA Gain Block that operates from 2 to 20 GHz. It has been developed on TriQuints proven 0.15um pHEMT process and provides a P1dB of 19 dBm, a gain of 17 dB and has a noise figure of under 2 dB. The gain of the amplifier can be adjusted by more than 16 dB by varying the Vg2. The TGA2567-SM is available in a low-cost, surface mount 24 lead 4x4 AIN QFN package base with an Air cavity LCD lid. It is ideal for both commercial and defense related applications.
