The TGA2594-HM from TriQuint is a GaN power amplifier that operates from 27 GHz to 31 GHz. Built on TriQuintrsquos 0.15um GaN on SiC process, the power amplifier provides a small signal gain of 25 dB, PAE of 25% and an output power of 36.5 dBm. It requires a supply of 20 V and draws 140 mA of current. The TGA2594-HM is available in a 22-lead QFN package that measures 7 x 7 mm. It is ideally suited to for both commercial and military applications.
