The TGA2597-SM from Triquint is a GaN driver amplifier that operates from 2 to 6 GHz. It provides up to 32 dBm of output power with a power-added efficiency of 31 % and large signal gain of 14 dB. It is matched to 50 Ohms, requires a supply of 25 V and is available in 4 x 4 mm air-cavity ceramic QFN package. The amplifier can be used for commercial and military radar, electronic warfare and in communication systems.
