The TGA2624-SM from Qorvo is a 20 Watt, GaN Power Amplifier that operates from 9 to 10 GHz. This x-Band power amplifier has been fabricated on Qorvos production 0.25um GaN on SiC process. It is available in a surface mount 7x7 mm air-cavity, laminate based QFN with both RF ports internally DC blocked and matched to 50 ohms allowing for simple system integration. The TGA2624-SM has been developed for Pulse applications and offers excellent power, PAE and gain performance that can save costs on existing platforms while enabling the development of future systems.
