The TGA2627-SM from Triquint is a GaN push-pull driver amplifier which operates from 6 to 12 GHz. It provides a power of more than 32 dBm with a small signal gain of more than 27 dB and an efficiency of 20%. It is ideal for commercial, military radar and electronic warfare applications. The amplifier is available in a surface mount pacakge which measures 5.0 x 5.0 x 1.42 mm.
