The TGA2595-CP from TriQuint is a C-band power amplifier that operates from 5.9 GHz to 7.7 GHz. It has a small signal gain of 31 dB, a third order intercept of 31 dBm and provides a saturated output power up to 40 dBm. It has an integrated power detector and has been designed using TriQuint’s power GaAspHEMT and GaN HEMT production processes. The amplifier is available in 42-lead package that measures 7 x 9 mm and is RoHS compliant. It is ideally suited for point-to-point radio applications.
