The TGA3500-SM from triquint is a general purpose, driver amplifier which operates from 2 to 12 GHz. It can be used in both commercial and defense applications. The TGA3500-SM provides up to 23 dBm of saturated power with a gain of 34 dB and a noise figure of 3 dB. It is designed using TriQuint 0.15um pHEMT production process and is available in a surface mount 28 lead 8 x 8 AIN QFN package.
