The TGA4537-SM from TriQuint is a Ka-band power amplifier that operates from 29 GHz to 35 GHz. It provides a small signal gain of 18 dB, a third order intercept of 38 dBm and saturated output power up to 31 dBm. It has an integrated power detector and has been designed using TriQuints power pHEMT production processes. The amplifier is available in 26-lead ACQFN package that measures 5 x 5 mm and is RoHS compliant. It is ideally suited for point-to-point radio and Satcom applications.
