The TGM2635-CP from Qorvo is a X-band MMIC amplifier that operates from 7.9 to 11 GHz. It delivers an output power of 100 Watts with a power gain of over 22.5 dB and a PAE of more than 35%. This amplifier requires a supply volatge of 28 Volts and consumes 1.3 Amps of current. It is available in a 10-lead 19.05 x 19.05 mm bolt-down package with a pure Cu base for superior thermal management. Both RF ports (RF input internally DC blocked) are matched to 50 ohms allowing for simple system integration. This amplifier is ideally suited for both military and commercial x-band radar systems and data links.
