The TQL9066 from Qorvo is a high linearity, low noise amplifier that operates from 0.05 to 1.5 GHz. This device provides a gain of 18.4 dB, noise figure of 0.62 dB and IIP3 of 22 dBm. The amplifier requires a supply voltage of 4.35 V and draws 55 mA of current. It consists of a single monolithic GaAs E-pHEMT die and integrates bias circuitry as well as shut-down capability allowing the amplifier to be useful for both FDD and TDD applications. This amplifier is available in a 4x4 mm 16 pin QFN package and is ideal for defence communications, wireless infrastructure and tower-mounted amplifiers.
