The TQP3M9036 from Triquint is a high linearity, E-pHEMT ultra low noise amplifier which operates from 0.4 to 2 GHz. It provides a gain of 19 dB, an OIP3 of 35 dBm and has a noise figure of 0.45 dB. This device requires 65 ma of current for operation and can be biased from a single positive supply ranging from 3.3 to 5 volts. This LNA is pin compatible with low band and wireless infrastructure applications. It is available in a 2 x 2 mm surface mount package.
