The TQP9107 from TriQuint is a compact high performance amplifier that operates from 699 MHz to 960 MHz. It integrates two amplifier stages in to one module allowing a compact design with few external components. It provides an output power of 27 dBm, has a PAE of 31% and is designed to ensure that all odd-order IMD products are below -17 dBm at power levels below 24 dBm/tone. It is available in 13-pin 3.5 x 4.5 mm surface mount package.
