The TQP9418 from Qorvo is a two-stage power amplifier that operates from 1850 to 1880 MHz. It integrates two high performance amplifier stages in to a single module to allow for a compact system design that requires very few external components for operation. The amplifier is available in a 7x7 mm surface mount package with on chip bias control and temperature compensation circuits. It is ideally suited for applications in distributed antenna systems, booster amps, repeaters and smallcell etc. This amplifier provides a saturated power (Psat) of 27 dBm, PAE of 14.5 % with a small signal gain of 31 dB. This amplifier is able to achieve -48 dBc ACLR at 27 dBm output power using 20 MHz LTE signal. It requires a 6 V power supply and draws 680 mA of current.
