The TQP9424 from Qorvo is a low-cost, three-stage power amplifier that operates from 2.3 to 2.4 GHz. This surface mount amplifier provides an output power of 35 dBm with a gain of 36.3 dB and has a PAE of 14%. It is able to achieve -47 dBc ACLR at +27 dBm linear power using a 20 MHz LTE signal. The amplifier requires a supply voltage of 4.5 volts and consumes up to 470 mA of current. It is available in a lead-free/RoHS-compliant 7 x 7 mm package and is ideal for small cell or enterprise Femtocell basestation applications, distributed antenna systems (DAS), repeaters, and/or booster amplifiers.
