The QPP Series of Waveguide Pulsed Power Amplifiers from QuinStar operate in the W-Band from 92 GHz to 96 GHz. They provide a pulsed output of 1 Watt (30 dBm) with a variable pulse rate and duty factor. The pulse width of the amplifiers can be varied from 100 ns to CW with RF rise/fall time of 10/16 ns. They provide a gain of 18 dB with 2 dB flatness over the band.
