The F0109 from Renesas is a Dual-Path Ultra-Low Noise Amplifier that operates from 650 to 1000 MHz. It provides 18 dB of gain with a noise figure of less than 0.7 dB and has an output P1dB of 24 dBm. The amplifier can be operated as a balanced amplifier where the inputs and outputs are combined using external 90° couplers. It requires a DC supply of 5V and consumes 115 mA of current. The LNA is available in a 16-VFQFPN surface-mount package that measures 4 x 4 mm and is suitable for use in 3G/4G/5G wireless infrastructure, public safety infrastructure, and general-purpose RF applications.
