The REMC8M04GK from RF-LAMBDA is an EMC Power Amplifier that operates from 0.8 to 4.2 GHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 63 W (~48 dBm) with a small signal gain of 50 dB and a power-added efficiency (PAE) of 20%. This GaN-based amplifier includes over-temperature and over-current protection. On the front panel, it has an LCD panel, a gain adjustment knob, and a keypad for manual control of the amplifier while on the rear panel, this amplifier also has Ethernet and USB interfaces for remote control. It is available in a 3U rackmount/benchtop enclosure that measures 619.75 x 426.00 x 148.5 mm with N-type (female) connectors and has an option for hermetically-sealed units.
