The RFHIC AE312 is a high linearity amplifier that operates from 30 to 2655 MHz. The amplifier typically provides 20 dB gain, +32dBm OIP3 and 1 dB Noise Figure while drawing 50 ma current. It features excellent gain flatness across a broad range of frequencies. It is ideal for CATV and FTTH or other applications requiring high linearity and/or low noise figure. The device is developed using a high performance E-pHEMT process and is housed in a surface mount lead-free/RoHS compliant package.
