The RRP2731080-39 from RHFIC is pallet pulsed amplifier made by using GaN HEMT technology that performs high breakdown voltage, wide bandwidth, high efficiency and operates from 2.7 to 3.1GHz. It has a high output power of 100W, a gain of 39dB, Impedance of 50ohm and high efficiency of 42%. Because of its high efficiency it can perform at max. 20% duty cycle and 500us pulse width. It is available in a module that measures 100x36x14 mm and can be used for radar system applications.
