The RRP56572K4-24 from RFHIC is GaN solid-state power amplifier that operates from 5600 to 5700 MHz. It provides 2.4kW of output power with a gain of 23.8 dB and 30% efficiency. It has been designed for C-band radar applications - weather and military. This module uses GaN HEMT technology which performs high breakdown voltage, wide bandwidth and high efficiency. It has a duty cycle of 10% and pulse width of 100 us. The amplifier is available in a module that measures 210 x 240 x 25 mm and has SMA and N-Type connectors.
