The RWP03160-10 is a wideband Gallium Nitride (GaN) high power amplifier that operates from 20 MHz to 500 MHz. The amplifier provides 160 W of saturated power, an IP3 of 54 dB and has 41 dB of small signal gain. It requires 28 V of supply voltage and consumes 11 A of current at P3dB.
