The RWP15040-10 from RFHIC is a GaN-on-SiC Power Amplifier Pallet that operates from 500 to 2500 MHz. It provides an output power of 47 dBm (~50W) and has a power gain of 38 dB with a flatness of less than +/-2 dB. This amplifier is fabricated using GaN-on-SiC technology and is mounted on an aluminum sub-carrier with full in/out matching for broadband operation. It also offers improved thermal handling based on patented technology and supports an external heatsink.

The RWP15040-10 requires a supply voltage of 32 V and consumes a current of less than 6.5  A of current. It is available as a pallet that measures 72 x 50.8 x 16.8 mm and has SMA (female) connectors. This power amplifier module is designed for broadcasting, telecommunication, communication systems, medical and general-purpose applications.
