The RWP17050-10 is a wideband power amplifier that operates from 700 MHz to 2700 MHz. This power amplifier module has been designed for broadcasting, telecommunications, medical and other markets. The RWP17050-10 has been developed using Gallium Nitride on SiC technology and provides an output power of 50 W with a 37 dB gain. It is available as a pallet or module with Sma connectors.
