The RWS02540-10 from RFHIC is a 46 dBm, GaN-SiC wideband power amplifier which is used for broadcast, communication systems and other applications. It operates from 20 Mhz to 512 MHz, and provides up to 40 W of power (P3dB) and a small signal gain of 44 dB. The amplifier requires a supply of 30 V and draws 2.5 A of current.It is available in a surface mount package.
