The SDM21007-30H from RFHIC is a Hybrid Power Amplifier that operates from 2110 to 2200 MHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 79.4 W with a power gain of 40 dB and an efficiency of 16%. This fully integrated micro-strip amplifier is based on GaN technology and is designed for applications in 4G LTE MIMO systems, small cells and low-power remote radio heads. It is available in a surface-mount ceramic package that measures 8.0 x 14.0 x2.6 mm and requires a DC supply of 48 V.
