The TG1000-10 from RFHIC is a GaN hybrid power amplifier which operates from 100 to 1000 MHz. It provides 38 dbm of power(P1dB) with a gain of 15 dB and an efficiency of 55%. It requires a 28 V supply and is ideal for radio systems, TRS, rf sub-systems and base station applications. The TG1000-10 is housed in a surface mount package which measures 15 x 10 x 5.4 mm.
