JA20006000P50 Image

The JA20006000P50 from RFTR Electronics is a Solid-State Amplifier Module that operates from 2 to 6 GHz. It delivers an output power of 100 W with a gain of 60 dB. This Class AB amplifier utilizes GaN-on-SiC transistors and is suitable for CW and pulsed waveforms. With a fast switching time of less than 4 μs (ON/OFF), this amplifier ensures power saving during pulsed applications. It includes full open/short load protection and supports forward/reflected power monitoring. This amplifier has spurious emissions of better than -60 dBc and 3rd harmonics of -20 dBc. It requires a DC supply of 28 V and consumes 20 A of current.

The JA20006000P50 is available in a module that measures 197 x 89 x 40 mm and can withstand shock and vibration according to MIL-STD-810F/G standards. It is ideal for use in radars, datalinks, jammers, and UAVs in S and C bands. This amplifier is designed with components that do not require any export license.
