The SPA110 from Saras Technology is a Solid-State Power Amplifier (SSPA) that operates from 700 to 2700 MHz. It delivers a saturated output power of 100 W with a small signal gain of more than 55 dB. This SSPA has a waveform-engineered solid-state design and utilizes high-power advanced GaN devices that offer high efficiency and low distortions. It is suitable for use with CW, AM/FM and higher-ordered modulation schemes including LTE/UMTS. The amplifier requires a DC supply of 35 V and consumes less than 9 A of current.

The SPA110 is available in an Aluminum enclosure that measures 180.0 x 95.0 x 25.5 mm and is ideal for band-specific RF links, EMC testing and broadband mobile jamming applications.
