The SKY65370-11 from Skyworks is an active bias, low noise, variable gain amplifier which operates from 814 to 849 MHz. It provides a gain of 35 dB, a return loss of 20 dB and a noise figure of 1 dB. It has a P1dB of 10.5 dBm, an IP3 of 18 dBm and requires a 5.5 V of supply. The amplifier is an ideal device for LTE, WCDMA infrastructure, Low noise, high linearity systems applications. It is available in a small MCM (16-pin) package which measures 8 x 8 mm.
