SKY65375-11

The SKY65375-11 from Skyworks is variable gain LNA that operates from 1.92 GHz to 1.98 GHz. It can be used in LTE, WCDMA, and GSM base stations and in other wireless infrastructure applications. The amplifier provides a gain of up to 35 dB, low noise figure of under 0.9 dB and an excellent return loss of more than 20 dB. It has switchable high/low gain state modes and is available in compact 16-pin multi-chip module (MCM) package that measures 8 x 8 mm.
